1. Purchase the gift card
   Complete your order and we’ll take care of the rest.

2. Make it personal
   We’ll ask for the recipient’s name and, if you like, a short message to include on the card.

3. Receive it within 24 hours
   Your personalised digital gift card will be prepared and sent to you by email within 24 hours.

4. Gift it your way
   Send it digitally or print it for a more tangible version.
   

Each card includes a unique, one-time code that can be used towards any website template in The Soft Voice shop.

Q: How quickly will I receive it?
A: Your personalised gift card will be delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. If you need it sooner, reply to your order confirmation and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: Can I personalise the card?
A: Yes. We can add the recipient’s name and a short personal message. We’ll collect the details after your purchase.

Q: Can it be used for any template?
A: Yes. The gift card can be redeemed towards any website template in the Soft Voice shop.

Q: Does it expire?
A: No. There is no expiry date, so the recipient can use it whenever they are ready.

Q: How is it redeemed?
A: Each gift card comes with a unique, one-time code. The recipient simply chooses their template and enters the code at checkout.

Q: Can I print it?
A: Absolutely. The card is designed to work beautifully both digitally and in print. You can print it at home or through a local print shop.

Q: Can I gift a Semi-Custom Website instead?
A: Yes. If you would like to gift a template together with our Semi-Custom Website service, we can arrange a personalised gift certificate for the full experience.
